Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
About the image: On a cool cloudy day in early May I set out to explore Saint-Gaudens national park in Cornish, NH before the "crowds" of summer. I had the place all to myself except for a few grounds keepers. Here I wanted to capture the quietness of the moment as much as the former owner would have experienced his porch. Looking out over the well manicured estate, early morning coffee cup in hand, thinking about what wonders the artist would create later in the studio.
